Breakfast

  • PROTEIN PANCAKES!!!!

This is By far my favorite breakfast/ or dinner….

It is so filling and it is all clean ingredients!
Alright here’s what i do:
(Blend these together)
-1/2 cup of uncooked oats
-1/4 cup of cottage cheese (You don’t taste it, it just makes them fluffy!)
-4 or 5 egg whites (3 tbsp of egg whites= 1 large egg)
-1 banana
-Cinnamon (about 1- 1/2 tbsp)
-1/2 scoop of whey protein (I use vanilla flavor whey)
Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup in medium heated pan. Repeat for remaining batter
For me this batch makes about 5 or 6 small/medium pancakes, so I save half for the next mornings breakfast!
Top It off with PB or sugar-free syrup and any kind of fruit you’d like! 
DELICIOUS AND HAS SERIOUS FILLING POWER!

  • Simple & Quick Toast

Peanut Butter-Banana Toast was an easy, yummy and filling breakfast this morning.

-Toasted whole wheat bread   -About a Tbl of Powdered Peanut Butter    – One sliced banana on top :)

This simple breakfast gave me whole grains, protein and fruit in one meal…. That’s what I call a successful morning!
